The Business and Industry Symposium is devoted to encourage international collaborative research, development, and innovation in numerical simulation and optimization as applied to Business and Industry. The goal is to stimulate the development and use of simulation technologies in specific areas of Computer Modeling and Simulation. This goal will promote the exchange of ideas and information between academia, government, and industry, thereby supporting the development of simulation and its applications to meet current scientific and technical challenges.

Please submit 300-word abstracts for consideration to Dr. Maurice J. Ades.  Abstract/Draft Paper Submittal deadline is October 17, 2003. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed and a notification of acceptance or request for clarification will be sent by October 28, 2003. Clarifications or appeals are due by November 6, 2003. An Author Kit with instructions for final paper submission will also be available. Full papers shall be submitted by December 2, 2003, and will be peer-reviewed for publication in the Conference Proceedings.
