The Huntsville Simulation Conference (HSC) is an annual conference located in Huntsville, Alabama with international participation.  Abstracts and papers are accepted only in electronic form.  The final unclassified proceedings are available on CD and in print.  The HSC seeks technical papers, briefings, session organizers, session chairs and panel discussions in a wide range of topic areas.

Classified presentations only are given on the first day of the conference, Tuesday, October 19, at the Advanced Research Center (ARC).  Admittance to classified sessions is limited to U.S. citizens with a clearance level of at least Secret who submit proper visit requests.  There is no extra charge for the classified sessions.  Classified information is not included in conference proceedings.  Contact the HSC General Chairman for details.

FEES AND DEADLINES

• Electronic versions of one page abstracts are due by August 8, 2004
• Notification of acceptance on August 15, 2004
• Electronic versions of papers (optional) are due by September 12, 2004
• Author Registration by September 12, 2004
• Early Registration fee before September 12, 2004 is $145 (Group discounts available)
• Normal Registration fee after September 12, 2004 is $175
• Student Registration (CD and presentations) is $25

When accepted, submission of an abstract becomes a commitment to register, attend and make a presentation.  Forms of payment: U.S. Check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Purchase Order and DD Form 1556.  A booklet of abstracts and a CD version of the Proceedings are distributed at the conference.  A hard copy of the proceedings is available at extra cost and shipped after the conference.  Conference fee includes a set of abstracts, a CD copy of the proceedings, two luncheons and an evening social event.
