Submissions

Interested authors should submit 5 copies of a full paper describing their work (maximum of 20 double-spaced pages including all illustrations). Authors should obtain company and government clearances prior to submission of papers. Please submit five copies

Submissions must include a cover sheet providing the name, mailing address, phone number, fax number, and E-mail of the primary contact author for the paper. Papers accepted will be allocated a maximum of seven two-column pages in the proceedings. Extended versions of accepted papers in SPECTS 2000 will be considered for possible publication in scholarly journals. We also solicit proposals for tutorials and panel sessions. Please send proposals to the Symposium General Chair.
