This international conference, sponsored by the Society for Computer Simulation International (SCS), is a forum for modeling and simulation in the health sciences. Application areas include health services studies, pharmacometrics, drug and device development, medical practice, modeling epidemics, physiology, and methodology. Practitioners of modeling are encouraged to submit proposals based on their applications and demonstrations of computer simulation techniques. A sampling of applications presented in the past is indicated in the general sessions list shown below.
