Submission deadline extended to Friday December 21, 2007

We are seeking outstanding short paper (4 pages) submissions that will be presented in a poster format at the conference. Short papers should present interesting recent results or novel ideas that are not quite ready for a regular full-length paper. Paper submissions are encouraged in all areas of modeling and simulation as mentioned in SpringSim'08 Call for Papers. In particular we are seeking papers in the following areas:

Prepare a 4-page paper using the Paper Formatting Guidelines for the conference. All final paper submissions are to be made electronically to SCS via the SCS Conference Proceedings Management System. Include complete postal and e-mail addresses, and fax and phone numbers of corresponding author. Papers must be in English. For further instructions, please refer to the Submission Instructions in the SCS Conference Proceedings Management System web site. Submissions will be peer-reviewed to ensure quality. Accepted short papers will be presented in the poster session as well as the poster proceedings.
