Summary

This paper introduces a new software package to simulate and civilian activity, such as pedestrian and vehicle traffic, in military synthetic environments. We have used the current knowledge in human behaviour representation, traffic modelling and the principles of GIS to implement a model that will be useful in training and experimentation for land operations. Aspects of air and maritime traffic have also been included.
