Summary
This article is devoted to the use of agent based approach for simulation of socio-economic processes. Structures of the agents and prototype of the simulation model the municipal union are developed. The main idea of our approach is to combine system dynamics and agent based modeling. Simulation models are constructed in order to simulate a real city including all necessary stochastic and nonlinear elements. Such simulation models are used as proving grounds for analyzing and improving a real situation on a trial-and-error basis. We present a possible way of using this approach to create an automated decision-making support systems (DMSS) for government of municipal union.
