SpringSim'09 will be held March 22 - 27, 2009 at the Doubletree Hotel San Diego-Mission Valley, San Diego, CA, USA 92108, located at 7450 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego, California, United States 92108, Tel:1-619-297-5466 Fax:1-619-297-5499. SCS has made special arrangements with the hotel for SpringSim'09 attendees. The rates are:
The hotel is conveniently located close to San Diego's finest sightseeing and recreation. It is located in the heart of San Diego, California amidst world-class shopping, dining and entertainment. The hotel is just a Trolley ride (Trolley station is located just across the street from the Hotel) away from Downtown's historic GasLamp Quarter & Old Town. Complimentary Airport Shuttle Pick-up Only. Shuttle Service to the San Diego Airport is $10.00. Transportation requests after hours are provided by Cloud 9 at a minimal expense to the guest. Hotel Parking: $14 self-parking fee and
$18.00 valet parking fee for overnight guests.

you're in San Diego. For traveling to the United States, attendees should be particularly aware and careful about Visa requirements and should plan travel well in advance. If you require a visa memo, please send your name, mailing address and fax number to SpringSim09-visa@scs.org, and for those with accepted papers, please include the title and all authors of your paper. All this information is necessary, and missing any of it will delay the issuing of the memo. We will assist in providing visa memos for attending the conference. Please note that it may take several days for a visa memo to be sent out after it is requested. Please plan accordingly. |
