Conference Proceedings Management System for review by the program committee. The cover page should include the name of author(s), their affiliation including SCS
membership if applicable; mailing address as well as the phone number, fax number, and e-mail address of the primary contact author. All the submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the
International Program Committee (IPC), and will be judged with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. All the accepted papers will be published in the conference cd-rom proceedings after the advance registration of at least one of the authors.
Please note that in case
of acceptance your final manuscript will need to be submitted electronically
as a PDF file to the SCS
Conference Proceedings Management System site
by May 15, 2005 to guarantee inclusion in the conference CD and final program.
Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the conference, present
their work to their peers, transfer copyright, and pay a conference registration
fee at the time their camera-ready paper is submitted.
