SpringSim Organizers Discussion Form


Where questions and continuity come together to support all the great volunteer organizers of our Spring Simulation MultiConference.

This forum will only be as good as you make it. Increased participation will increase the value of this forum for everyone. Many times, posting here will be better than using email. It will provide you a one-stop reference for all previously addressed issues/concerns and a single place to store documents that will help everyone.

Required Forms

For each paper to be published, we need the following:

  • Copyright Release Form
  • Paid Registration (1 full registration and extra paper fee for each subsequent paper)
  • Properly Formatted, Camera-Ready final paper (see Author Checklist for guidelines)


    NOTE: We do have a Formatting Kit for authors to follow, too.


    All these forms can be found on any of our conference pages under "Participant Forms." Please make sure your authors know all of this.
