It is a great pleasure to address you as the Vice President Publications of SCS. The Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS), founded in 1952, continues to serve its members in several fronts as a leading and mature society in our discipline. We are determined to surpass ourselves to serve you even better. In his President's message at the January 2010 inau-gural issue of the SCS M&S Magazine, Mo-hammad Obaidat elaborated on the plans SCS has, to serve the members better.
