Message from the VP Conference of SCS It gives me a great pleasure to address you as the Vice President of SCS Conferences. Founded in 1952 by John McLeod, The Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS) serves its members in the technical and professional areas of modeling and simulation. We are determined to serve you even better as elaborated by Mohammad Obaidat in his President's Message in the January 2010 issue of the SCS M&S Magazine. Outlined below are the conferences in which SCS participates. They focus on specific geographical areas and/or areas of interest. SCS, through its active volunteers, organizes four conferences and collaborates in the organization of two others that are organized by other technical societies. The four conferences organized by SCS are held annually and have over two decades of history, either organized as part of another SCS conference or under its own name.
