Membership Renewal






How to Renew Your SCS Membership



Thank you for your interest in renewing your SCS membership. We’re continuing to add and improve our membership benefits.

Please consider upgrading to either our Professional or Premiere membership levels. For a full description of the benefits you’ll receive, please see our Membership Benefits.







 


 

I Already Have Login Credentials


If you ALREADY HAVE SCS membership login credentials, please follow these steps to renew:

 

To View the Membership Benefits, please click Membership Benefits.

To renew one membership, complete the following steps:

  1. Login to your account in Avectra (you must be logged into the system)
  2. Click the Membership Renewal button on the main menu.
    or
    • Click the My Transactions button to go to the My Transactions page.
    • Click the My Memberships tab to view the membership information.
  3. Click the Renew Pay link located in the Action column for the membership you wish to renew.

This will open the Renew to Membership pop-up window.

  1. Expand the Renew to Membership drop-down menu and choose the membership you wish to renew.

  1. Click the Renew button.

The renewal process may take a few moments. When it is complete you will see the All Done message in the Renew to Membership pop-up window.

  1. Click the Exit button.

The My Memberships page will update to reflect the renewal. The My Transactions page will also update to display the new open order that was created by the renewal. You will need to follow the steps to pay for the open order to complete the renewal.

 

 

Paying for Open Membership Orders Online

To pay for memberships online, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the My Transactions button to go to the My Transactions page.
  2. Click the My Transactions tab where you can view the transaction information.
  3. Expand the Orders drop-down menu and select the Open Orders & Invoices option.
  4. Click the Pay Open Orders button.

This will display a list of open orders and invoices for the logged in user.

  1. Click the check box next to the Order/Invoice you wish to pay. You may select more than one if desired.

  1. Click the Next button.
  2. Select the Payment Method to be used for the payment.
  3. Complete the fields associated with the Payment Method you chose.

  1. Click the Next button to continue through the checkout process.

  1. Click the Pay Now button on the Make a Payment screen to complete the payment.

 


I Do NOT Already Have Login Credentials


If you do DO NOT HAVE SCS membership login credentials, please follow these steps to renew:


  • Go to our Membership System Website and Type in your primary email address to verify that you don’t already have an account with us
  • If you do not already have an account, you’ll be redirected to the “New Visitor Registration” page where you’ll need to Create a new profile and set up your login credentials
  • After you’re profile is created and while you’re still logged in, Click On “Online Store”
  • “Shop For” memberships in the store (drop down box directly under the words “Online Store”)
  • ”Select” the membership level you want
  • Click “Add to Cart” on the membership page and complete the Check Out process
  • OR...you can always fill out and submit a hard-copy membership form
