SCS Historical Newsletter: December 1953
The commander of the Naval Air Missile Test Center, Captain E. M. Condra, Jr., invited the simulation council to hold their December meeting at that facility on Friday, the 18th. Because thi meeting marked the beginning of the second year of simulation Council activity, we started with a business meeting in the morning.
