No, the Simulation Council hasnít had twins, although the Midwestern Simulation Council and the Industrial Analysis and Control Council† are being born about the same time.

Only the Midwestern Simulation Council is a direct offspring of our efforts. The Industrial Analysis and Control Council is the name which was selected by the group started at Sybil Rockís (Electro Data Company) discussion group at Western Computer Conference which we have written about previously.
